Will BEDA issue written responses to questions as an addendum? If so, when are responses anticipated? All written responses to questions and questions asked will be made available to all prospective bidders and will become part of the contract documents.

Will interviews be conducted after EOI submission? If so, what is the anticipated interview date or selection timeline? Yes, we anticipate there will be interviews, however, no dates have been selected yet as we are waiting for submissions. We anticipate that the interviews will be within a week or two of the deadline, should the interview process be necessary.

Should the EOI assume the selected engineer will provide full design, bidding, construction administration, inspection, as-built, and GIS services for all PER-recommended improvements, or only the site development improvements specifically referenced in the RFP? Assume that it is only for the explicitly indicated provisions in the RFP.

If only the site development improvements are included, can BEDA provide a list of the improvements included in this request? Only as indicated in the RFP

Is a current boundary/topographic survey available for the approximately 75-acre parcel and the immediate improvement area? No

Should the selected firm survey only the developed 5-acre area around the building, or the full 75-acre parcel? Only the portions indicated in the RFP

Are any offsite improvements, utility relocations, or easements anticipated? No

Should ADA upgrades be limited to PER-identified items, or should the selected firm provide a broader accessibility review of the building and exterior routes? Yes, limited to PER.

Does BEDA have a target design completion date, bid date, construction start date, or tenant occupancy date? No firm dates at this time but we anticipate the groundbreaking to begin within a reasonable period after a firm has been selected and a contract has been executed.

Are there funding obligation or expenditure deadlines that will drive the design and construction schedule? The money for this project is good until August 30 of 2032.

Will the building remain unoccupied during design and construction, or should the selected firm plan for phased occupancy and tenant coordination? As of now, yes, but that is subject to change.

What level of construction inspection or resident project representative services does BEDA anticipate? All necessary inspections and adequate representative services as provided by the successful candidate to ensure proper adherence.

May firms request access to the facility before the EOI deadline? Yes
