The Bluefield WV Economic Development Authority of the City of Bluefield will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday September 18th 2025, 8:00 AM, at 2481 John Nash Blvd. Bluefield WV in the Second Floor Conference Room.

- Approval of minutes from the regular meeting of July 17, 2025.

- Executive Session Pursuant to W.VA. Code 6-9A-4(a)(9) To consider matters involving or affecting the purchase, sale or lease of property, advance construction planning, the investment of public funds or other matters involving commercial competition, which if made public, might adversely affect the financial or other interest of the state or any political subdivision. (Three properties)

5. J. C. Robinson fund update on BSU and BU Business Program Participation.

6. Update on Deputy Administrator Bill Briggs visit to the Coal Show.

7. Update on visits to downtowns and development sites (Brownfields Conference, visit to Mast General Stores in Winston Salem and Boone, upcoming WV Economic Development Council and participation on their Board of Directors).

8. Brownfields representative visit.

9. Grants Discussion.
