The Bluefield Economic Development Authority of the City of Bluefield will hold a special called meeting on Thursday, July 17th, 8:00 AM, at 500 Bland Street on the 3rd floor in the Small Business Success Center.

The Agenda will be as follows:

Call to Order
I. Approval of minutes from the regular meeting of May 15, 2025, and Special meetings of May 29, 2025, and June 25,2025.

II. Financial Report

• BEDA - Primary Account and designated project funds

• JC Robinson Entrepreneurial Fund Account

• Budget presented for Fiscal Year 2025-2056

III. Executive Session Pursuant to W.VA. Code 6-9A-4(a)(9) To consider matters involving or affecting the purchase, sale or lease of property, advance construction planning, the investment of public funds or other matters involving commercial competition, which if made public, might adversely affect the financial or other interest of the state or any political subdivision. (Three properties) Matters arising from the appointment, employment, retirement, promotion, transfer, demotion, disciplining, resignation, discharge, dismissal or compensation of a public officer or employee, or prospective public officer.
