Small Business Saturday is November 28, 2026, and we’re excited to once again celebrate and support the incredible small businesses that make Bluefield special! For 11 years, Bluefield has participated in this nationwide effort to encourage shoppers to shop small, support local, and keep their holiday dollars in our community. We invite your business to be part of BEDA’s 2026 Small Business Saturday activities! Simply complete the form below to sign up and take advantage of this opportunity to promote your business and connect with local shoppers. Note, it does NOT cost anything to participate unless you sign up for our Marketing Co-Op.
 

Don't have a storefront/physical location but still want to participate the day-of? Contact the Clover Club at cloverclub@railyardwv.com to be a vendor at their annual Small Business Saturday Pop-Up Shop.

Small Business Saturday (SBS) 2026 Registration

Will you be participating in Small Business Saturday (November 28th) this year? Participating does not have any direct cost other than what you sign up for in the below sections.
We will be participating in SBS
We will be open, but do not want to participate in SBS
Our business will be closed on SBS
Be featured in ads through local news outlets. Cost is shared between registrants and is usually $60/business. Deadline to register is November 1, 2026 at 4:30 pm. (must be licensed Bluefield, WV business & open the day of SBS)
I WANT to participate in the Marketing Co-Op
I DO NOT want to participate in the Marketing Co-Op
Social Media Campaign - We will take a photo of you/your business to post on our accounts leading up to SBS (~5 minute or less commitment) If you opt in, you’ll get an email to schedule your photo with our team. Deadline to register is Nov 18 at 4:30 pm.
I would like to be included in this years SBS social media campaign, agreeing to have a photo taken of either myself, or my business
We do not wish to participate in this
SBS Raffle Prize Donation-Shoppers earn entries with purchases at participating businesses. In the past, prizes have included Chick-fil-A for a year, gift cards, and a gift basket from our participating small businesses. Note:Owners/employees can’t enter.
I would like to donate an item(s) to the basket of goodies ($15 of value or less)
I would like to donate a complete separate prize to be raffled off
