About the Event
All work environments have issues, problems, defects, and risks. The question is: if we have them, how do we handle them? The issues may be related to product, production, supplier, and/or internal process issues. Methods and tools to prioritize tackling these issues, to determine root causes, and importantly, to develop a plan of action are covered. During the workshop, attendees are encouraged to bring examples for use during the interactive exercises.
