About the Event
We have all heard of Lean or “Lean Six Sigma”, but how familiar are you with the working details of lean? In this interactive workshop, we discuss Lean’s eight forms of waste and how the tools known as the “house of lean” can be used to minimize waste and improve productivity. During the workshop, participants will actively participate in team activities to demonstrate several lean tools. After the workshop, participants will be able to recommend lean tools to use for specific issues in the plant.
